Al encargar una comisión aceptas estos términos y condiciones.

En el siguiente texto, mi persona (Flasho-D) será representado como “Flasho” y el cliente o clientes serán representados como “cliente”, con motivo de una mejor comprensión de este acuerdo.

1. GENERAL1.1 Estos términos pueden ser actualizados en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
    • Dichas actualizaciones serán aplicables a todas las comisiones hechas y por hacer, exceptuando aquellos casos en los que exista un acuerdo comprobable con el cliente.
1.2 El pedido puede ser rechazado por cualquier motivo, y a su vez no será obligatorio indicar al cliente dicha razón.
1.3 WIPs serán enviados sólo si se solicitan con anticipación.
1.4 Si el cliente quiere algo en específico (Expresión // fondo // pose // etc.), debe especificarse en la solicitud de la comisión.
    • Si en el resultado final del dibujo falta algo que el cliente quería que tuviese, pero no se indicó al realizar el pedido, no se realizará un reembolso.
    • Hacer cambios en el dibujo una vez finalizado (Por motivos no relacionados con un error cometido por Flasho), sólo será posible con un pago extra.
    • Los errores cometidos por Flasho serán corregidos de forma gratuita, independientemente de cuando se hayan cometido.
1.5 Las comisiones se realizan en el orden en que fueron pagadas. Se puede acceder a “Lista de Espera” para conocer cómo va el proceso de los pedidos.2. PAGO2.1 Los métodos de pago aceptados son PayPal y Ko-Fi.
2.2 El pago se realiza por adelantado, una vez que la comisión haya sido aceptada.
2.3 El dibujo no se iniciará hasta que se reciba el pago.
2.4 Los precios no serán reducidos, cualquier intento de regateo será motivo de rechazo del pedido.
2.5 Los personajes difíciles o muy detallados pueden requerir un aumento en el precio base del pedido.
2.6 Para más personajes en la misma comisión, se debe pagar el mismo precio por cada personaje. 2 personajes cuestan el doble, 3 el triple, etc.
2.7 Los precios base de las comisiones son por el personaje, no el fondo. De no haberse especificado un fondo ni pagado por el mismo (De ser requerido según su complejidad), el dibujo será entregado en PNG Transparente o con un fondo de Color Simple.3. REEMBOLSOS3.1 Sólo se realizará un reembolso completo si el trabajo no ha sido comenzado.
    • Para un reembolso completo, será posible sólo dentro de los 60 días que estipula PayPal para realizarlo. Pasado este tiempo, se toma como reembolsable únicamente la cantidad neta recibida.
3.2 Si el trabajo se empezó pero no está completado, el reembolso será parcial a lo trabajado.4. USO4.1 Flasho conserva los derechos de cada imagen producida. El pago es por la creación de una obra personalizada, no para transferir los derechos.
4.2 El trabajo final podrá ser publicado por Flasho en cualquiera de sus redes sociales o páginas (siempre indicando que dicho dibujo es una comisión), a menos que se especifique lo contrario.
    • La obra no será usada por Flasho para reventa mediante productos digitales o físicos, a menos que se otorgue un permiso explícito o solicitud para ello.
4.3 Los dibujos pueden ser publicados en otros sitios web por el comisionado si se otorga crédito.
4.4 Toda comisión realizada por Flasho es de exclusivo uso personal o sin fines de lucro, a menos que se haya discutido lo contrario. El cliente no debe sacar provecho del trabajo realizado sin discutirlo con anticipación y así llegar a un acuerdo.
    • La única excepción a esta regla son las comisiones de Emotes, que ya están catalogadas previamente como Comisión de Uso Comercial.
4.5 Las Comisiones de Uso Comercial no transfieren la autoría del trabajo.

    • Mistakes made by Flasho will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.
1.5 Commissions are made in the order they were paid. You can access the "Waiting List" to find out how the order process is going.2. PAYMENT2.1 The accepted payment methods are PayPal and Ko-Fi.
2.2 Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.
2.3 I do not begin working until I receive payment.
2.4 Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.
2.5 Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.
2.6 For more characters on the same commission, the same price must be paid for each character. 2 characters cost double, 3 triple, etc.
2.7 Commission base prices are per character, not background. If a background has not been specified or paid for it (If required according to its complexity), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background.3. REFUNDS3.1 A full refund will only be made if work has not been started.
    • For a full refund, it will be possible only within the 60 days that PayPal stipulates to make it. After this time, only the net amount received is considered reimbursable.
3.2 If the work was started but is not completed, the refund will be partial to the amount worked.4. USAGE4.1 Flasho retains the rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.
4.2 The final work may be published by Flasho on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), unless otherwise specified.
    • The work will not be used by Flasho for resale through digital or physical products, unless explicit permission or request is granted to do so.
4.3 The products may be posted to other websites by the commissioner if credit is given.
4.4 Any commission made by Flasho is for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.
    • The only exception to this rule are Emotes commissions, which are previously listed as Commercial Use Commission.
4.5 Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.

¿Qué dispositivo y programas utilizas para dibujar?

Trabajo en una PC utilizando una tableta gráfica, actualmente uso la Xencelabs Pen Tablet Medium Bundle (Control incluído).El programa en el que dibujo es Clip Studio Paint EX.
Cabe aclarar que la versión EX trae muchísimas cosas consigo que no son necesarias para ilustrar. Lo tengo principalmente por las funciones de Gestión de la Página con las que puedo mantener múltiples archivos en uno a modo de “Páginas”, con la versión **PRO **es suficiente para cualquier dibujante profesional.

¿Qué pincel utilizas?

Cada cierto tiempo renuevo mis pinceles ya que mi método de dibujo sigue evolucionando, pero por el momento hay dos pinceles que mantengo como principales y que uso en todos mis trabajosFlashito: Para coloreado en general. Este pincel nace del pincel de CSP “Pincel Plano”, con una configuración y textura personalizada.Wxzant ARTEMOOSE brush: Bocetos.Para más materiales o recursos de CSP publicados por mí, pueden visitar mi perfil de Assets.
Además, para acceder fácilmente a recursos creados por otros que yo también uso, estarán a la mano en el server de Discord en el canal ❰⬜❱♡⭒˖°clip-studio-paint, están en un mensaje fijado que seguiré actualizando. Otros usuarios también publican recursos útiles.

¿Desde hace cuánto tiempo dibujas?

Como cualquier niño, siempre he dibujado. Pero desde mediados del 2011, con 11 años, empecé a hacerlo mucho más, como un pasatiempo al que le tomé gusto por querer hacer FanArts de Hora de Aventura.Dibujo con técnicas digitales desde los 13 años, cuando recibí mi primera tableta gráfica (De marca Genius, aunque no recuerdo el modelo exacto).

¿Dónde y cómo aprendiste a dibujar?

En algún punto de mi niñez entré a clases particulares de dibujo. Lo dejé al segundo día.
Desde que retomé el dibujo como pasatiempo, he aprendido de manera autodidacta con Timelapses (Inserte voz de viejita En mis tiempos llamados Speedpaints), Tutoriales
y la ayuda de algunos amigos dibujantes que tenían un mejor nivel y a veces me daban una mano con cosas que podía mejorar.

¿Estudias, estudiaste o estudiarías una carrera; relacionada o no al arte?

En este momento me encuentro de lleno en el trabajo, al menos así ha sido desde que me gradué del bachillerato. No tengo pensado en un futuro cercano estudiar la Universidad, pero sí me gustaría poder hacer cursos certificados y especializados relacionados con algunas cosas artísticas.

Actualmente no imparto clases ni hago críticas por mensajes privados debido a cuestiones de tiempo, pero realizo una dinámica de Feedback en mi canal de Twitch dos viernes al mes, con dibujos que me envían a través de Discord en el canal llamado ❰📓❱♡⭒˖°correcciones-en-directo.

¿Puedo comprarte una comisión en este momento?

¡Siempre! No he pausado o cerrado los pedidos de comisiones desde 2016, no me manejo con Slots. Una vez pagado tu pedido, entrarás en la Lista de Espera para que pueda ser realizado, mas no se empezará hasta que sea el turno del pedido.

¿Cuánto tardará mi pedido en ser terminado?

Los pedidos se realizan en el orden en que fueron pagados, por lo que puede llegar a tardar de 2 semanas a 4 meses (en promedio). Siempre se debe tener en cuenta la Lista de Espera.

¿Qué medios de Pago aceptas?

Puedes pagar tu comisión a través de PayPal y Ko-Fi de manera internacional. También tienes la opción de Puntos de DeviantArt si eres usuario de esta página.
Si eres de de Argentina, también tienes la opción de poder pagar con pesos a través de Transferencia/Depósito.Sin embargo, esta pregunta así como otras están respondidas en mis Términos de Servicio. ¡Asegúrate de leerlos antes de realizar el pedido!

I work on a self-assembled PC, using a pen tablet. At the moment I use Xencelabs' Pen Tablet Medium Bundle (with Quick Keys).The software I use to draw is Clip Studio Paint EX.
It should be noted that the EX version carries a lot of functions that are not necessary for making digital art. The main reason I have this version is for its Page Management Tools which allow to work on multiple files as if they were "pages", the PRO version is enough for any professional digital artist.

What brushes do you use?

Every now and then I will update my used brushes as my work methods keep evolving. At the moment though, there's two main brushes I use in all my work:Flashito: For painting in general. This brush inherits from CSP's "Plain Brush", with my own custom configurations and texture.Wxzant ARTEMOOSE brush: For sketching.For more CSP materials and resources, you can visit my Assets profile.
On top of that, other resources I use are available in my Discord Server, in a pinned message in the ❰⬜❱♡⭒˖°clip-studio-paint channel. Other users will also post resources they find useful.

Can you make a tutorial on this topic?

How long have you been drawing?

Like most kids, I've always been drawing. Nonetheless, around 2011, at 11 years old, I started doing it more frequently, like a hobby I got into wanting to make Adventure Time FanArt.I've been making digital art since I was 13, when I got my first pen tablet (Genius, I can't remember the exact model).

When and how did you learn how to draw?

Somewhere during my childhood I got into drawing classes. I quit two days in.
Since I got into drawing as a hobby, I've been learning as an audidact, through Timelapses, tutorials, and other artist friends' help and guidance.

Have you studied or are you planning to study a degree? Be it art related or not.

At the moment, I'm fully focused on my work, and have been since I finished highschool. I'm not planning on persuing a dregree on the near future, but I would like to take art cerificate courses to keep learning.

At the moment I don't offer lessons or give advice privately, but I do give art Feedback in my Twitch Channel twice a month, on Fridays. To participate in this dynamic you just have to send your art in the ❰📓❱♡⭒˖°correcciones-en-directo channel, in my discord server.

Can I commission you?

Of course! I haven't closed my commission since 2016, I do not work with a limited slots system. Once you pay for your commission, you'll be added to the Waiting List. I will start working on it when it's your turn.

How long will my commission get?

I will work on the commissions in the order in which they were paid, it can take around 2 to 4 weeks average. Always take into consideration the Waiting List.

How can I pay?

You can send your payment through Paypal or Ko-fi. If you have a DeviantArt account, you can also pay with DeviantArt Points.If you reside in Argentina, you can also pay via bank transfer.This and other questions are answered in the Terms and Conditions.
